With more than 18 years of coaching experience and a decade of combined military and government service, Coach Alberto, brings a disciplined, mission-driven approach to the Oceanside Stealth. Guided by strong leadership, integrity, and faith, he is committed to developing athletes who excel both on and off the field. His focus extends beyond wins and losses—he strives to build a culture of accountability, resilience, and teamwork that prepares players for success in every aspect of life. As part of the Oceanside Stealth organization, Coach Alberto is dedicated to helping establish a championship-caliber program while creating a lasting impact throughout the Oceanside community.

Clark Bartram serves as the Head Coach of the Oceanside Stealth, bringing decades of leadership, player development, and professional football experience to the organization. A nationally recognized fitness expert, former professional athlete, and respected mentor, Bartram is dedicated to building a disciplined, competitive team founded on accountability, preparation, and relentless effort. His vision extends beyond game day—developing athletes into leaders while establishing the Oceanside Stealth as a premier professional arena football organization both on and off the field.


Dean McCown, Sr.

Dean McCown, Sr.

Assistant Coach, QuickCut Coordinator

A proud United States Marine Corps veteran and dedicated educator, Dean McCown Sr. brings a servant-leadership philosophy and unwavering commitment to excellence to the Oceanside Stealth coaching staff. A former Gunnery Sergeant and recipient of the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal, Dean combines decades of military leadership with a passion for developing athletes of character, discipline, and resilience.

In addition to his coaching responsibilities, Dean serves as a Special Education Teacher and Campus Supervisor, where he mentors and empowers students every day. His approach to coaching extends beyond the field, emphasizing accountability, teamwork, leadership, and personal growth. He believes that success is earned through preparation, consistency, and a commitment to doing the right thing when no one is watching.

Dean is dedicated to helping build a championship culture within the Oceanside Stealth while inspiring players to become leaders in their families, schools, workplaces, and communities. His mission is to develop not only exceptional football players, but exceptional men whose impact extends far beyond the game.

Ryan Ratigan

Ryan Ratigan

Director of Football and Team Operations

Ryan brings more than 21 years of leadership and operational excellence from the United States Marine Corps to the Oceanside Stealth. His career has been defined by a commitment to integrity, accountability, and mission-focused execution—qualities that now drive his work in professional football.

As President of the Camp Pendleton Officials Association, Ryan leads officiating operations, official development, scheduling, and organizational planning while also serving as an active football official at the collegiate and high school levels throughout Southern California. His extensive experience in game management provides valuable insight into the operational side of the sport and helps ensure the highest standards of professionalism.

An Eagle Scout and recipient of three Navy Commendation Medals, Ryan continues to expand his expertise through San Diego State University's Sports MBA program, with a focus on sports business, operations, and athletic administration. He is committed to helping the Oceanside Stealth build a premier arena football organization by fostering operational excellence, developing strong partnerships, and delivering an exceptional experience for players, staff, sponsors, and fans alike.
